Thank you for visiting our website. We aim to provide you with exceptional customer service. You can get in touch with us for any orders and inquiries and we will do our best to assist you. Please read the terms and conditions to familiarize yourself with the process of ordering Hiba Jaber Jewelry.

 

 

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS:

 

Please visit our “ Customize--> Create your own to see a step-by-step guide on how to create your own personalised piece of jewelry. You can browse through our portfolio of previous designs which will help you decide on your own jewelry preference. Visit the “How it Works” section to understand the process.

 

  • Once you have confirmed payment of your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

  • You have up to 24 hours to cancel your order and receive a full refund, after that the order cannot be canceled. 

  • Please make sure to choose the exact characters and specifications you want. Once the order has been confirmed, changes cannot be made.

  • We have provided you with a size chart to help you determine your exact ring size, please contact us if you need help figuring out your size. We don't need the size for the design stage, so if you don't have it right away, no worries.

  • Once the order has been confirmed, it will not be possible to amend the size or ask for an exchange or refund.

  • Should we need more information from you, regarding the design, we will get in touch with you before we start the design process.

  • You will receive a professional design within 3-6 working days from the date of confirmation, based on the specifications you have provided. You will then be able to review and share your feedback towards the final design. We will make sure you love the design.

  • Any agreed amendments will be made and the final design will be sent to you for approval before the design goes to production.

  • Once the design has been approved and confirmed, your jewelry is then hand-made by our talented craftsmen. You can expect your unique piece to be ready between 2 to 3 weeks from date of design confirmation. It will be prepared and dispatched by Hiba Jaber Jewelry, and you will be notified.

  • For any urgent or express orders, let us know and we will do our best to assist you. We offer the express service with an additional charge of $45, orders can be ready within 10-14 day, but this depends on the complexity if the order. 

  • We do our best to deliver the order on time, although we might be faced with delays beyond our control at times.

  • Any orders of personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, as these are created to your individual preference.

  • The jewelry will be delivered to you, carefully packaged in a Hiba Jaber jewelry box and packaging set.

  • If for any unfortunate reason we cannot fulfil the order or process it, you will be notified within 7 working days and payment will be returned.

  • Please note that Hiba Jaber Jewelry does not design any jewelry that includes the use of inappropriate language.

  • You get a one year warranty on your customised jewelry piece for normal wear & tear. For any issues faced after one year, let us know and we will see what we can do to assist you.

  • Prices indicated are fairly accurate; please note that depending on the order and the complexity of the design, the price may vary slightly to the one indicated. In each case, the customer will be notified.

  • Please note that the customized categories follow the same size and aesthetic specifications you see on the " Get Inspired" page. If anything is not clear, please get in touch with us, and one of our experts will help you.

SEASONAL ORDERS:

 

You can visit our ‘Shop’ page to explore our seasonal ready collections to make your selection. Please choose your ring size and preferred color of metal. Once the payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and production will start the next working day.

 

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours from time of placing the order, and you will receive a full refund. However, once the production has started it will not be possible to cancel the order as we do most jewels based on order.

 

We do not offer exchanges or returns in most cases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to assist you.

 

If an item is faulty upon delivery, please make sure you report the damage within three days from delivery and we will assist you to exchange the product.

You can get in touch with us through our “Contact Us” page for any inquiries or special orders or requests, and our team will get back to you.

 

 

RING SIZE:

 

It is very important to choose the correct ring size and for that reason, we provide you with the guidelines to measuring your exact size. You can find all the details on the ring size tab on the main home page at the bottom right-hand side. Once the order has been confirmed, it will not be possible to amend the size or ask for an exchange or refund,  nonetheless, in most cases, it will be possible to adjust the size, mainly just one size up or down.

 

 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

 

Hiba Jaber Jewelry delivers worldwide. 

 

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the user at the time the order is placed.

 

We ship worldwide except for a few countries that are not possible due to reasons beyond our control.

Local and International delivery is handled by FedEx and DHL.  

 

General guidelines on delivery times are as follows:

 

  • Once the order is ready to dispatch, delivery will take 1 to 2 working days to UAE and 3 to 6 working days worldwide.

  • We do our best to ship on time, but sometimes there might be delays that are beyond our control.

  • All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery of goods. Customers must check the goods at the time of delivery.

  • For any urgent or express deliveries, let us know and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Shipping, VAT and custom handling fees will be at your own expense.

 

 

REPAIRS AND DAMAGES:

 

If you face any issues with the delivery such as damages, missing pieces or broken or faulty products, with no fault of your own and proof that the item has not been worn, you must communicate any concerns to us within 3 days from the date of delivery and we will assist you. We will cover the shipping cost for any repairs that are not not your fault. 

 

 

ONE YEAR WARRANTY:

 

Within the first year warranty, we are happy to repair any damages that result from normal wear and tear conditions, including any stones falling out or ring alignment. Please let us know and we will gladly repair it for you at no additional cost. Get in touch with us on info@HibaJaber.com and we will take care of it. The warranty does not cover any damages resulting from misuse.

 

If you face any issues with the jewelry after that period, you can let us know and we will provide you with a repair estimate before you ship it back to us, and we will let you know if it will be possible to fix. In most cases, damages should be easily fixable and can be done at any nearby jewelry shop.

 

In most cases, shipping the product back to us will be at your own expense.

 

 

WEAR & TEAR: 

 

Hiba Jaber Jewelry is handmade with high attention to quality and detail.

 

The ‘vermeil’ coating on silver jewelry products can naturally fade away with time. We are happy to provide you with a touch-up, free of charge at any time.

 

The cost of shipping the product back to us and delivering it back to you will be at your own expense.

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be increased or decreased, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax.  All prices shown are cash prices.  All products shown in this service are subject to availability. All orders are subject to acceptance of your order and prices will be confirmed on receipt of your order.

COLOR REPRODUCTION:

 

Hiba Jaber Jewelry takes great care with the colors of the products as they appear online. The limitations of broadcasting may result in a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, specifications may change slightly.

 

Also, products are handmade with high attention to detail, which allows for slight variations in production.
