PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Payments can be done directly on the Hiba Jaber Jewelry website. All you need to do is select the product or service you want, add it to your cart in the chosen size, and you will be redirected to the page of your preferred payment method; we accept Paypal, Visa card and MasterCard, you can also get in touch with us to process a payment via link or wire transfer.
HOW TO PROCESS AN ORDER & TIMELINE:
If you are purchasing one of our customized orders, please follow the steps under “How It Works” on the customize → ‘Create Your Own’ page. Here, you can make the payment to complete your order. Once this is done, our team will contact you to process the order.
Customized orders take three to four weeks to process from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times will vary.
You can shop any of the products you see on the website, simply by selecting the item for purchase. You can choose your size and desired quantity, click on “Add to Cart”, and the product will appear in your shopping cart on the top right-hand side of the screen. When you're ready to place your order, please proceed to 'Check Out' and follow the process indicated.
Collection orders take ten to fourteen working days to process, delivery times will vary.
UAE & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Delivery charges are not covered. We currently use FedEx as our courier for local and international deliveries.
We will not be responsible for any custom fees, import duties, taxes and other local charges added by your country’s custom office.
You can get an idea on shipping as follows:
UAE- After 10 to 14 working days of processing, delivery takes 1-2 working days.
International- After 10 to 14 working days of processing, delivery takes 3-5 working days.
UAE- After 3 to 4 weeks of processing from the date of confirmation, delivery takes 1-2 working days.
International- After 3 to 4 weeks of processing from the date of confirmation, delivery takes 3-5 working days.
For any express deliveries you can get in touch with us and we will do our best to assist you.
All Sales within the UAE are final, no exchanges or returns acceptable.
All International sales are final, no exchanges or returns.
CUSTOMIZED & BESPOKE PIECES:
Every piece is designed and produced specially for you - This means customizable jewelry is not exchangeable or returnable.
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to assist you.
DAMAGES & RETURNS:
If you happen to receive your jewelry damaged, please make sure to inform us within 3 days of delivery.
We will be happy to return the piece and change it for you.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and in its original packaging.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
