The customization process takes 3-4 weeks; the designs are shared with you within 2-3 days, and once you confirm, production takes 3-4 weeks. There is also the express service ( around 2 weeks), available upon request and with an additional charge.
Our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
